Overview:
Yudrio, Inc. is seeking a Technical Note Taker / Documentation Specialist to support an ongoing federal project. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in capturing and maintaining critical project documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring all stakeholders have access to accurate and current information by attending meetings, documenting discussions, and maintaining project tracking tools.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend project and team meetings to capture detailed notes, including decisions, action items, and next steps.
  • Maintain and update project logs, including the Change Control Log and Decision Log.
  • Document project details such as timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
  • Update tracking documents and tools as directed by project managers or team leads.
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility across all project documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical staff to verify meeting content and ensure accuracy.
  • Follow established documentation standards and naming conventions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven experience in notetaking, meeting minutes, or project documentation (technical or project management environment preferred).
  • Strong listening, comprehension, and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to extract key points quickly from both technical and non-technical discussions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with project management tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, or Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in learning project processes, terminology, and workflows.
