Solution Architect (Recon SME)

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect (Recon SME) to join our team supporting federal government projects. This role will focus on data reconciliation and integration strategies within Salesforce and third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in defining and implementing data reconciliation processes, automating verification workflows, and optimizing Salesforce for reporting and tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Specialize in data reconciliation and integration strategies between Salesforce and third-party systems.
• Define and implement reconciliation processes to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Automate data verification workflows to streamline reconciliation efforts.
• Collaborate with data teams to maintain clean and accurate records within Salesforce.
• Optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards to track and monitor reconciliation processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data synchronization issues to ensure smooth data flow across systems.

Requirements:

• US Citizenship
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in solution architecture, specializing in data reconciliation, integration, and Salesforce.
• At least one active Salesforce certification.
• Proven expertise in automating data verification workflows and optimizing reports and dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data synchronization issues effectively.
• Experience working in a federal government environment is highly preferred.
