Engagement Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engagement Manager to lead client relationships and oversee the successful execution of Salesforce implementation projects for federal government clients. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving the project to completion using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing project scope, defining goals, and acting as the primary liaison between clients and development teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and strong partnerships.
  • Define Salesforce implementation goals and KPIs in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and development teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Oversee project scope, ensuring milestones and deliverables align with business objectives.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and scope changes, ensuring proactive resolution.
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate executive-level communications and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Oversee high-level project execution, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure Salesforce delivery is on time, within budget, and meets client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience, including significant experience managing Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • At least one active Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Developer, Consultant).
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects within federal government settings.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Expertise in Agile project management methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce solutions in federal government or similar industries.
  • Familiarity with federal government regulations and compliance requirements for IT projects.
