Solution Consultant/Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Solution Consultant/Senior Business Analyst to join our team working with the federal government. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and supporting the development teams. This role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, particularly in Salesforce environments, and involves defining business requirements, creating documentation, and ensuring alignment across teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define Salesforce business requirements and ensure functional alignment.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
  • Document user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Work closely with developers and testers to ensure that functional requirements are met and thoroughly tested.
  • Define Salesforce workflow automation and recommend process improvements to streamline operations.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate the developed solution.
  • Provide end-user training and create supporting documentation for efficient use of Salesforce solutions.
  • Support the development team throughout the entire development lifecycle to ensure solutions are built as per the defined requirements.

Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, or similar role.
  • Must have at least one active Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder).
  • Experience in gathering requirements, creating user stories, and collaborating with developers and testers in a Salesforce environment.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce workflows, automation, and business process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
