  • 2+ years in technical support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of support ticketing systems

  • Public Sector Applications/Solutions (PSS)
  • Financial Services Cloud
  • S‐Docs/S‐Sign 
  • Omnistudio/OmniScript
  • CI/CD
  • Experience supporting the Federal Government
