Minimum Requirements (Firm)
- US Citizenship
- Any of the following Salesforce certifications (must be active): Technical Analyst, Administrator, Advanced Administrator
- 2+ years in technical support
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of support ticketing systems

- Public Sector Applications/Solutions (PSS)
- Financial Services Cloud
- S‐Docs/S‐Sign
- Omnistudio/OmniScript
- CI/CD
- Experience supporting the Federal Government
