System Tester

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System Tester to join our team working on federal government projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure application stability. You will be responsible for developing test cases and scripts for Salesforce applications, executing both manual and automated tests for new releases, and validating API integrations and data consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure the stability and reliability of applications.
• Develop and maintain test cases and scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Execute manual and automated tests for new releases and enhancements.
• Validate API integrations and ensure data consistency across systems.
• Track defects and ensure timely resolution with developers and business analysts.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to define test scenarios and ensure adherence to QA best practices.
• Report on testing progress, results, and issues to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• US Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Salesforce applications.
• Must have at least one active Salesforce certification.
• Proven experience with functional, regression, and performance testing methodologies.
• Strong ability to develop and execute test cases and scripts, both manually and through automation.
• Experience validating API integrations and ensuring data consistency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
