ROLE DESCRIPTION
Yudrio, Inc. is seeking a highly driven and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a recruiter who excels at proactively identifying, engaging, and securing top talent for highly specialized and hard-to-fill roles within the federal contracting space. The ideal candidate will not only attract and assess qualified candidates but also actively source, pursue, and build strong pipelines to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.

Success in this role demands a recruiter who goes beyond traditional methods, leveraging direct outreach, networking, and strategic sourcing to engage passive candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist must be adept at identifying hard-to-find talent, building relationships, and driving the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.

The selected candidate must be available to work during normal business hours (anytime between 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST), with flexible scheduling options. This is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days on-site in Leesburg, VA per week.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract highly skilled candidates for specialized, hard-to-fill positions. 
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and talent gaps.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including direct outreach, social media, networking events, professional associations, and industry databases, to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth research to map out talent pools and target qualified professionals who align with key hiring needs.
  • Screen candidates through initial phone calls and assessments to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Drive the recruitment process, from candidate outreach to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience and long-term relationship building.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, hiring best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize and maintain an accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) to track pipelines, candidate progress, and hiring metrics.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven ability to source and pursue passive candidates—not just rely on applications.
  • Strong track record of successfully recruiting for highly specialized, hard-to-fill roles in competitive talent markets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage top-tier professionals.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solve, particularly in identifying creative sourcing methods.
  • Comfortable with direct candidate outreach and engaging in proactive conversations via phone, email, and networking.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
