Position Overview
We are seeking a Recruitment Communications Assistant to support hiring efforts through both candidate engagement and the development of thoughtful, effective communication strategies. This role blends recruiting support with a focus on how we connect with candidates, present opportunities, and maintain meaningful engagement throughout the hiring process.

Candidate Engagement & Recruitment Support
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for open roles
- Partner with hiring managers to support timely hiring efforts
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with candidates throughout the process
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
