Project Manager/Industry Strategy SME

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Industry Strategy Subject Matter Expert (SME) to oversee the implementation and management of Salesforce solutions within a federal government environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring the alignment of Salesforce solutions with business goals, industry best practices, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee Salesforce platform implementation within the enterprise environment, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
• Provide industry-specific insights to guide the Salesforce solution, ensuring it meets business goals and complies with industry standards.
• Ensure seamless execution of project timelines, budget, and resource management, balancing priorities and addressing any risks or escalations.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for the successful development and deployment of Salesforce features and enhancements.
• Track project performance, monitor deliverables, and ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address escalations and proactively mitigate any project risks.
• Align project objectives with compliance requirements and best practices within the industry.
• Provide strategic guidance and insights on industry trends and Salesforce solutions to influence decision-making.

Requirements:

• US Citizenship 
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT solutions, Salesforce, or related technologies.
• At least one active Salesforce certification.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale Salesforce implementations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong expertise in Agile project management methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to align business goals with technical solutions and industry regulations.
