- At least 10 years of working with IRS stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of the integration of infrastructure, mission/filing season critical and legislatively mandated applications, common services, and APIs.
- Experience supporting an application team in non-prod environments, performance testing, and go-live activities.
- O&M support including supporting SRT activities in Production.
- Experience leading IPT interactions with IRS stakeholders including IRS partners.
- Experience supporting Sunday Build Windows.
- Experience supporting go-live and control launch activities.
