Must possess a minimum of ten (10) years of professional and technical experience with at least three (3) years as a manager responsible for overseeing delivery of complex analytics projects and programs. Must be an expert in managing schedules, budgets, reporting progress, variations, and remediation to stakeholders. Must have experience managing complex data analytics programs requiring highly technical resources, including a proven track record of the ability to recruit, hire, lead, and retain team personnel with the qualifications essential to the performance of this SOW. Must be an expert with MS office tools, familiar with Oracle DB, AWS architecture, and Marketplace systems and solutions. Experience managing program-integrity related projects or programs is preferred. Required two (2) project managers; One (1) Project Manager with a technical development background and another with Marketplace analytics background, however this is not a requirement if one candidate possesses all of the required skills.
