Salesforce Solution Architect

We are seeking a Solution Architect with expertise in Salesforce to join our team supporting federal government projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing Salesforce implementation, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to best practices in enterprise architecture. The Solution Architect will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to define the overall Salesforce solution architecture, develop data models, and ensure successful integration with third-party applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for federal government projects.
• Define the overall Salesforce solution architecture and data model to meet business needs.
• Lead technical design sessions, documenting architectural decisions and providing clear guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and governance standards.
• Oversee the integration of Salesforce with third-party applications and data sources.
• Provide expertise and guidance on Salesforce best practices for Lightning components, Apex development, and platform customization.
• Optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with government requirements.

Requirements:

• US Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and solution architecture.
• At least one active Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, etc.).
• Experience working with federal government clients and understanding of government security protocols is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in designing scalable and secure Salesforce solutions.
• Expertise in Lightning components, Apex development, and Salesforce integration best practices.
